We have been staying ta AMLI at naperville for almost a year now and I would take liberties in saying that the staff here(I mean particularly the "manager" here) is pathetic!!She has no courtesy in answering to questions that you may have or if you are stuck in trouble, she would be LEAST helpful..Instead of being a help at challenged situations, she would "blankly" explain her situation(which would be obvious) and then just say that she would not help and that we should find our own way out-whether it's the day or night!!

All the other staff here is good excepting for the Manager and it really keeps me and my husband wondering that the AMLI management would have her be the manager here at such an important and prime location in Naperville...

I support that as well. A person dealing with the public at the level of management should be less frosty and more customer service oriented and "friendly"... now there's a thought Amli! Then again, too often when you're a corporate girl (hey honey, there's a little brown on your nose) you're less caring about humans than money or position, and it shows. Sad.
