Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I was charged $617 to replace the carpet after I moved out. I kept that carpet spotless. The management said that there were spots. While I suffered having to pay for something I did not damage, I am glad I do not live there anymore. After paying $1295 monthly for a year this is the service and gratitude you get.
