I moved in around september and everything seemed to be fine. But once the winter came i realized there was a big gap under and around the front door with the wind blowing in, I called and told the apt. office and they said it would take about two days for the apt. maintenace to get at it. The guy came and said there was nothing he could do I would have to leave my apt. for a couple of days and stay in a hotel( the apt. said they wouldn't pay for it) so he could reset the door. I fixed it myself. A month later there was a huge crack about a inch gap down the wall in the front door cloest. My wife called and told the apt. office they asked if we wanted the guy in there to fix it when we where gone my wife said no because we have dogs. They entered the apt. anyways against are word. If u have a pet there is one doggy bag area for u on the other side of the complex, but u have to watch where u walk because non of the residents pick up there dogs mess. I went to the office and gave to my rent to one of the girls who worked in there and watched my bank account for the next couple of days and the money wasn't taken out, then around 4:30 pm on a saturday a note was placed on my door that i was late and owed them rent plus late fees and if I didn't pay by monday at noon $430 was going to be added. All because the apartment personal lost my stuff. This apratment is a joke. It's bug infested and geese droppings everywhere u walk. tha apartments are small and pluming is even worse.
