Very nice, if a bit overpriced

We moved here in 2005, when the complex was still known as Southwest Crossing. While we didn't think that the AMLI staff was quite as nice, they were more than adequate, and we never had any problems with them. Parking was always ample. We rarely had to park more than 20 feet from the door. We did have some fairly common (and odd) noise from our upstairs neighbors. If I didn't know better, I'd say they were bowling in the kitchen...very weird. It was tolerable enough, though, that I never even approached the neighbors about it.
While we always felt safe in the area, we did receive information from the office at one point reminding residents to lock their cars, as there had been a couple of break-ins. Even with that, though, we continued taking occasional late walks, and never thought twice about our safety.
I never had any problems with maintenance. I don't recall any instance when they didn't fix things quickly and adequately.
We decided to move to a slightly cheaper complex to save for a house a bit faster. If you can afford AMLI, you could certainly find worse apartments.
