The apartment I rented was ok though if you have to deal with managment you will have major problems. I have only one complaint about the grounds there is dog crap everywhere I picked up after my pet but many others don't who wants to walk around if all they do is step in a pile. Ask many questions before renting here and make sure you keep documentation.
