So far so good! We havent heard the neighbors at all, the building is solid. The parking area is adequately lit-staff is extremely friendly. Arbors put in new carpeting and tile before we moved in. Square footage is nice, washer and dryer are decent size-great water pressure-apartment heats and cools quickly. This apartment has great storage space-two walk in closets for the bedrooms alone. The split bedroom layout is great when you have an infant. Complex has indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts. We chose this complex versus the competition due to location. It is located just off of 59 and your in a residential area. Everything is within 2 blocks of here:bank, gas station, grocery store, vet, hospital-pretty much anything you need is within a few miles.

The only complaint I can come up with is the spiders-dont know what the deal is but we have to kill approx 6 a day-on the first floor. The appliances are old (stove and fridge)-ancient, but they work fine.
