Great place! Contrary to some reports maintenance has always been on the ball the whole time I've been here.

The office staff is nice to the point of being rude. i.e. you come in and voice an issue and they're cheery and all smiles but seem to dismiss or downplay your complaint.

Noisy neighbors is one good example, the office staff's attitude seems to be you can do as you wish in your apartment, and while this is true, once it disturbs others it's gone too far. The office staff with the exception of one issue I've had has been very slow to respond.

I have dealt with all three of the women in the office and only the newest employee is the genuine article - Caring and very friendly.

Home theater systems is another example, they should be outright banned in this type of construction. Resonance through the thin walls and floors is obscene.

A few other issues of late that has bugged me -

Sidewalks: There's so many broken and cracked sidewalks in the complex and yet the only ones to be repaired are the one in front of the office and the one next to the resident managers unit. Err, what about the rest of the place' There's far worse sidewalks in the complex!!!

Lighting: Lighting of the parking areas is less than adequate. Luckily I have a good neighbor and he will walk me to my car at night when I have to leave. There's lights out all over the place and some that have never worked. Same thing with the garbage areas - no lighting at all.

Repairs to buildings: 3 buildings away from me there was a a garage fire in July. It is now October and they're just now getting around to fixing the damage. What an eye sore! Last year there was a fire in another garage it was fixed in a couple days (I suspect because maintenance used it for storage is why it was repaired so quickly).

Overall I really enjoy the place, but the office staff and major maintenance needs to be looked at with a very critical eye.
