Mostly very mature neighbors. Small pets allowed. Gets icy in winter, though and their emergency maintenance people are very rude. Unresolved plumbing problems. Rent is very high.

Still, one of the nicest apartments around and the square footage and layout is very nice. Compared to the other apartments, this is one of the best. But there are lies on their website about getting your deposits back and about less than 12-month leases.

Very dark, but not really scared. I live next to the parking lot and hear a lot of car alarms all the time. Pretty landscaping.

They are very careful to keep their management personnel off the internet in case you have a complaint. Beware.

Disabled residents, like myself and family may have problems in winter and not be able to make doctor appointments.
