Just a 71 percent for the highest priced apartments around that area' Yikes. Rent somewhere just as nice or better and save some money. You may want to retire some day.

Like I've said, you can tell a lot about management just by sitting down and talking with them for a while, you needn't even need to see the apartments. It's easy to spot how genuine someone is and how much they lie through their teeth. This is for any apartment, not just this one

Years of being lied to by management.... guess you'll be emigrating soon then. Or can management be an occasional annoyance to an otherwise good life? Arbors has location, facilities and spacious well-kept apartments. Noise issues and management aside, they are very good. It's not 5 star - priced and staffed accordingly.

------, stop being such a fraud and tell them who you really are. The crackpot POS maintenance manager left a master key laying around. Anyone with a scanner can make a copy of the key putting us all at risk. But they're too dense to realize it. $1400 a month is NOT reasonably priced, as a matter of fact, when I tell people they laugh!!! The maintenance manager, -------------r tells some of the most outrageous lies to save the Habitat Corp. some bucks and pad his pockets a little. This place is PATHETIC. Look around a little more. Or ask to pull your car into a garage before renting one. Take a look at the faces of the people you see there. Or just call their machine and listen to the nauseating message. That's a big enough turn off alone.
