We love it and so do our neighbors

After reading the previous review, it seems odd that a person of 10 years is so unhappy. My wife and I have lived here for 3 years now and we really love it. The school district is truly the best in the county. I was relocated with FermiLab and my wife appreciates the service, it really is one of the best apartments in the area, we did research the area, I decided on Arbors. We love our private entrance and vaulted catherdral ceilings. The snow removal went really well considering is has been a arduous winter, they really worked hard, and we and "my neighbors" appreciate it. You really need to come out to see it, it really is very nice.

Yeah, the person who lived here 10 years is disabled and doesn't want to waste the money to move, but thinking about it I think I'd rather save some for what ugly future lies ahead than thanks to the awful spending the government has been giving away to certain corporations' CEO's. What's going to happen when the price of green ink and paper makes printing more money impossible?
Those 5.0's are always a little suspicious. Makes you think about honesty, remember that? 8 more days and the pathological liar who has never told the truth on anything is gone. The cost is really ridiculous compared to other nice units right in the area if you really want to live in the area. Their motto is "where management makes the difference." I think it should be "Nothing in writing." Or "How dare you try to get a word in, I was talking." The management there are really bad. 2 of the 3 maintenance guys are OK, but the maintenance manager criminally assaulted me. (When I tried to get a word in.) The fact that 2 Arbors Witnesses were there means nothing as I think lying is part of their Habitat training, if they are given ANY. Your 5 for the noise might not be accounting for the ambulances to nearby nursing homes all the time and nearby fire station. You really see their true colors if you fall and break a bone or two caused by them. Like they're not even human beings. The nearby Brookdale Lakes is so much cheaper and looks beautiful compared to this place. 10 years of living on a parking lot and hearing car alarms beep all night is enough. If you're really not a staff member, which I HIGHLY doubt, enjoy "a arduous winter" which just started. Obviously you didn't have any Christmas guests. They should really be ashamed of the maintenance liar there. How can people go to church and then lie through their teeth. I guess it's to keep their jobs. The quotes around your neighbors is also a little interesting. |

Responder: You have unreasonable expectations. Look around, your picture of the sidewalk looks just like any other sidewalk in Illinois!
And you should take responsibility for yourself. If you can't handle the snow or weather, then move some place where there is no snow or stay home. You are obviously good at playing the blame game...your letter even refers to the government, like THAT is even relevant.
Like I've said in my past review...this place is nice! Anybody reading this can see you have displaced anger.
Arbors, keep on doing the great job you are known for. The rest of us that live here love it. (maybe this guy should go shovel snow day after day and let us review him!)

Do you even know any of your neighbors? Which ones specifically? Without any creditability, your statements are worthless. Were any of those neighbor you mention, ------, the one who you watched try to get her car out of a parking space on Christmas day after professing to be a Christian rather hysterically over and over and over again. There were 4 people out there and you just peeked out of your window and watched. I had broken my ribs and hit my head twice due to the leaky toilet that you claimed no liability for and still tried to help and came up with colossal lies about. You must have just gotten back from mass and had that warm feeling all over when you just watched that poor woman right in front of your unit. Your snotty comment about it being her own fault shows your true colors of professionalism that you brag about in your nauseatingly cheerful phone greeting. You should really change that, it, like you are a HUGE liability to the Habitat Corp. And when you are speaking for "the rest of us," you are saying you've talked with every tenant in the entire complex or are you just being ignorant and deceitful? How many of these neighbors have you REALLY talked to at all? 1??? 2??? |
