I've lived here for two years. I will say it is a nice complex. The thing that's sending me packing is mainly the fact they dont think about their residents. Last fall a parking lot "repaving project" went underway,which they seemed to plan out...lot A monday, lot B tuesday, etc. However they didnt take into account that those from the closed lot would have to park in those that were not being worked on. So, after searching for a half hour for a parking spot after midnight every day when i get off work, I resorted to parking on Brookdale rd. about a quarter of a mile away. This went on for about a week or two. I think if i'm paying over $1000 a month for a 1 bed i should NEVER EVER have to walk that far to my front door. Especially in the middle of the night. Besides that the places are overpriced in general. I feel like i'm getting ripped off and I could find a 2 bed elsewhere for the same price. Like other reviews I agree you can hear everything your neighbors do and I mean EVERYTHING. And dont forget that the trees are nice for the appearance but bring a lot of spiders with them. Every day May-Oct I cant walk into my front door without walking into a spiderweb first. Creepy. Dont get me wrong it's a great area and nice place but I didnt think it deserved all the raving reviews

You're right, it doesn't. The bulldyke property manager there lies through her teeth and is a witch. Have you ever tried to get a word in with her. She talks so long and so fast JUST SO you won't. And listen to that phone greeting of hers 3 times in a row and see if you can restrain from vomiting. Price is ridiculous!!! Wait until you see the REAL side of them. Like when you break a bone due the their negligence. Such a caring, genuine bunch.
