Been here for about 3 years. Not cheap, but it is a pretty good place.
The space is large and there are nice people living around you.
I don't deal with the office people too often. I pay my rent, they say hi and thanks. They seem fine to me.
When I call with an issue, they fix it.
Prices go up and down everywhere. If I move for cheap rent this year, my rent will go up next year. Not worth moving. Good neighborhood and pool.

My rent is none of your business. It is a good value to me and that is all that matters. My credibility? It is based on my experience. Like I said, I go in, pay my rent, they are friendly and I leave. If I need something they assist me and I have no complaints. That is my point. Read what I wrote. I said I don't deal with them too often. I have lived here almost 4 years. Now go harass someone else. Maybe the rent is too high for you. You should move because you can't afford a place like this.

CERTAINLY worth moving. Have you've even looked? How much do you pay for rent or are you embarrassed to even admit it? And if you haven't dealt with the staff, what gives you the credibility to even mention them?
