Parking Problem

Management provides one parking spot per apartment and even if you have two cars it usually works. I had one car and then came a neighbor with three cars. Moreover, on weekedays and weekends he will bring 2-3 visitors, i.e., 5-6 cars per this apartment. 3 out of 7 times a week I will not get to park in my spot. I had to park all the way at the clubhouse and that also at 10:30 PM when I was bringing grocery. I complained about this at least three times and no action was taken by management. The same problem is continuing. It shows their apathy for people like me who follow all the rules and care for other tenant's convenience. I am leaving this apartment soon. I don't want to pay for other people's parking through my rent.

I had the same problem. I complained once via phone and one time face to face at the office. Alas! No action. This is becoming very inconvenient. I am living here for only two months and already tired with parking. God knows what will happen in winter when its -20 and I will be forced to park far.

Why don't you have your guest park over in the church parking lot and then everyone will be happy? Dumb----. |

If you are my neighbor, get over it. I have the right to have people over. What do you expect the office to do? They can't just make extra parking. Sometimes when I get home late, I have to park down a way too. That's just life. If you have groceries, then unload and then go park, duh!
Other places I have lived, the workers use golf carts. What is the difference? You guys need to chill!
