We have lived in Autumn Run for almost 2 years, and in the 2 years that we have lived here, considerable changes have been made. The Leasing Office is what it should have been from the very start. I feel that Ben Egge, the Property Manager, has brought with him good values and a sense of dignity and respect for his property. He truely cares about our comments and complaints and has been wonderful to us. This was not the case before he came to Autumn Run. We used to DREAD going into the leasing office, but now, we enjoy going in there because we are confidant that things will be taken care of and we know that we will be greeted by a friendly, compitant staff.

With the way Autumn Run is now with the current (and hopefully permanent staff!), I see Autumn Run surpassing our expectations.

I would recommend others to live here.

Also, Glen and his maintenance staff are wonderful. Glen always stops to say hi and is a great person to have in the community.
