Small space, good location

Fantastic and convenient location for access to I-88 Rt. 59 Metra station to get downtown, shopping and lots of recreational opportunities.
And, it is a good thing because the apartments are TINY and the management is incompetent. Terrible turnover of both leasing agents as well as managers. Get EVERYTHING from a copy of your lease to a simple work order in writing!
They fail to return phone calls and the prices are ridiculous, but are comparable for the area. Good place to live short term, but frustrating and expensive if you plan to be here awhile.
