Overall, I wouldn't live here again. But it s really up to you. You will probably not mind living here if you don t mind: moderate noise, slim parking, old gym, worn out racquetball court, pool that is closed sometimes. Just don t expect too much for your money. Oh, and no balcony s in the one bedrooms. No BBQ ing!

I lived there for four years, from 1997 to 2001, and at first the place was great. It was quiet, great management, excellent service. And the rent was cheap. But, the management left, and then they brought new people in, and then they left, and this went on for a few cycles. If you have a problem, you may just want to talk to the manager. By the last year, I am not sure anyone cared except for the manager. She was pretty kewl, but I felt bad for her since she had to work with some somewhat mentally handicapped people. They get an A for effort, but some of the folks that worked there really can t put together what you re saying.


The walls are very thin, so just get used to the music, dogs, and conversations you can hear.

Parking is bad, but depends on where you're located. My parking was great, but I was in a location where there was only one other building. In most places, 3-4 building share the same lot.


The pool is closed about 1 out of 5 or 6 days. They have problems balancing the chemicals.


If you like to workout, you may not be all that wooo d by their gym. When I left, the gym was still filled with some really old machines, two of which (the stairclimber and one of the treadmills) didn t work.

they update the fitness room, it is very nice now.
