Manager and staff horrible

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This new manager Norma, is not friendly, is hardly ever in the office, whenever I call I am told she is out or unavailable. Not responsive. Overall property appearance has been going downhill, I will move as soon as my lease is up. Don't move here, you will hate it.
