I think she is a very responsive, responsible and caring person who is dedicated to her work and making sure at her best ability that all residents are satisfied. She is very devoted and very friendly as well. Since she has arrived here and taken position as manager of this aparment complex, I have seen MUCH improvement. This applies to the office staff as well.
