To whom this may concern [Somewhere in Hades}
I recently arrived in Chicago and am searching for a residence. A friend told me abouth this website, and Autumn Run was the point of my scrutiny, as it is farely close to where I work.
However.
A 5% negative tenant rate is acceptable, but you have 43% of your tenants disatisfied! Does this not tell someone in your organisation that [maybe] there is a problem'
True, you cannot satisfy EVERYBODY, but you seem hell-bent on DISATISFYING as many as possible, and then criticising them with your [really, quite obvious] positive comments, penned undoubtably by "Norma", who, it would appear is the Devil's Lieutenant.
If any ONE of my tenants expressed a fear of walking in the dark to find safety within the complex I manage, well, enough said.
I am curious as to the qualifications that Lucifer - sorry - Norman Bates posesses that make him - sorry - her suited to this position' One person commented that shehe sucked hisher way to the top. Well if that's true, then the suckees must've been truly desperate, because any person who displays this blatant disregard for comfort and security in others could only fail at the most medial level of anything comparable to the pleasures of life.
Suffice to say, I am applying at Wheaton Center towers and have been most impressed thus far.
It may be further to my work-place, but, I'll get by knowing that I am not living in a slum like most of your tenants are forced to.
Shame on you.

I could not agree more, as a 2-year vet of this complex, I have seen the turn over rate in property managers every month, the manager that was there when I went in to look at apartments was not there 6 months later when I moved in, and the person that took over for the manager that left was gone after 9 months. What does this say to renters who are looking for stability? The one manager that I did like was gone before I even learned his name. It may be close to the express way and close to down town Naperville, but after living there I would not recommend to my worse enemy
