You complain that other dogs bark when YOUR's goes by''' YOU are the problem...make enough money to live in a house, then you don't need to complain about living in an APARTMENT. You are living in an area where other that are too poor or too stupid to live in thier own homes...until that, realize that you are a RENTER. Deal with it!!!
