i lived in autumn run for 1 year. they were quick to respond to maintaince issues, and the staff was nice. i signed a re-new lease 2 months early, like what is in the agreement. ONE WEEK after i signed it, i was let go unexpectedly from work. i've sent a letters stressing my concerns and to see how aimco could work with me to the residence relations representative. Never got a response, so i sent a letter to head quarters in Denver. i worked through the chain of people, and no one would respond to me. it took 1 month and numerous phone calls to people and i finally received and answer, kind of. they tell me that they will not be charges will not be overturned and chris v. told me they will not overturn my lease. HE NEVER DID!!! im not happy with him. after numerous calls & messages, the chicago regoinal manager did call me back, and we did work something out. she was willing to work with me and pleasant. i still do not understand why the resident relations rep did not help out and why chris v. did not help me out. that was quite dissappointing.
