I called the emergency help line on 12/8/05 (first heavy snow of the year) I had no heat, I called twice and was told by a recording that the maintance staff would contact me. I had to call twice and never received a response, my apartment was at 55 degrees all night, I called the next day and still no response from the office. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Autumn Run.
