I have to say the people who work for this property are the worst people to have working with customers in any respect. They tell you one thing, then you do that and they turn around and say " Oh no, we can't or wont do that." I lost my patience when I confronted them about a health issue, and they has no interest in looking to the problem. My water heater leaked earier this year,and they tried to have me cover the damage to the carpets! I have very excited about moving out of this hell hole. It has been one problem after another. The maintance guy came in one day to fix the water heater and left geasy finger prints on the wall and carpet, and I contacted the previous manager, who informed me " It is my responiblity to clean up." That is horrible. Can I come to your house, Norma and wipe grease on your walls and leave. GOD I WOULD LOVE TO. People in the office have on skills on working with people, lost a package that the FEDEX has confimation on delivering, lost a rent check and charged me a late fee, then two weeks later found my check. What crap does a tenent have to go through living her before someone actually does something to fix this place. Look at the reviews, and talk to your tenents, there is a lot of work to do in this place. I am glad I am in customer service and always make sure my guest are fully satisfied and safe for that matter when they are under my wing. I hope to hear that this place gets 100% better or closed. Dirk when he worked there took our deposit in cash, and two weeks later when Norma signed our lease it said we only put 100. Huh where did it go. We asked he and she said no, you put a Money Order of 100 down. NOPE! That is horrible!!

When I used to live there (2005) I tried to pay with cash for my rent (I lived w/my girlfriend at the time who wasn't very good with money, and needless to say is EX-girlfriend now-I made her give me cash). They said they couldn't take cash, so I got a money order instead. If you paid cash- You should have asked for a receipt- did you get one? That would have been your proof. I thought the guys were great- If I needed somthing fixed, I could call in on my way to work, and they were so fast that it was taken care of before I got home. Why did you call Norma about the fingerprints? The wall could have been easily cleaned, but you do have a point if the carpet was really a problem, im sure they would have cleaned it if if it couldnt come out easily. Did you talk to the manager that was there? I would have continued to rent there if I needed to, but I saved up for a condo, so moved out.
