We moved here from Country Lakes Apartments after living THERE for two years, and have been living here for about 5 months and are really pleased. The staff is very helpful, very friendly, and the maintenence crew is wonderful - everyone is willing to help you with a concern or anything you have a question about in your apartment, they have no problem replacing something if it doesn't work. Our washer stopped working right after we moved in and they brought us a brand new one the same day, like two hours later. We live in a "non-updated" apartment (the rest of the complex is being refurbished) and our apartment still has brand new carpet, new washer and dryer. Our view is out over the lake on the golf course, and it's gorgeous especially when the sun sets. The second floor apartments have skylights (no additional charge) and every apartment has a fireplace. The kitchen is roomy, though not a ton of counter space. Our neighbor's 19 year old son ran downstairs one morning to start his car, ran back inside for something, came out and his car was gone... but that's the only crime I've heard of around here. The bedrooms have walk in closets with tons of storage room, and you get your own storage unit just outside your front door. Heating costs practically nothing, and the money is good for how much room you have for the quality it is. If you visit the front office, it's pristine - and totally a perfect representation of what the rest of the property is like, which is rare. They have tennis courts and swimming pools (indoor and out) and a free internet room, and a weight room and a racquetball court, and more!!!! It's amazing.
