This place is brand new. The grounds and buildings are beautiful. The apartments are gorgeous on the inside. The hallways are nice as well, although it is a little like a hotel setup. We have a 2 bedroom that is cheaper than any other place around here. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, pergo floors, crown molding, nice carpet, beautiful bathrooms. The nieghbors are all nice and are younger-middle aged professionals. Plenty of parking as well. The management is generally friendly, but some people have complained about them being too controlling and nit-picky. But honestly, there is no such thing as a perfect apartment complex. I recommend it.
