I am a pain in the ass and very anal when it comes to making sure all the little things are the way I like them. When looking at the apartments the leasing agent Donna was very upfront and honest about everything Bristol did & didn't have. There was no misleading and I loved that. When I moved in there was a handful of things I wanted fixed and I couldn't beleive they were all done within 24 hrs of my request. Donna was good to us too. Just look out when you leave. The management will not back up ANYTHING she may have told you. Look out for the carpet replacement charge!
