The complex is very nice & new and it is in a good location. For the price it was worth it untill the end. I stayed there for about 14 months. My rent was raised $40 after my first year to $875 which I thought was too much. My work decided to transfer me after I signed my lease so I had to go through all the breaking of the lease issues. That went fine my work covered the 10 million dollars that it took to break my lease. When I moved out I left it in great shape. It took forever to find out I wasn't getting my deposit back & better yet I got a $500 bill because they claimed the carpet needed to be replaced & they claimed they had to "Smoke Seal" my apartment which was about 300 bucks. I've lived & smoked in 5 apartments over the past 10 years. I have never have been charged for anything. I checked with the management about the condition of my apartment upon move out to make sure I had everything covered. I was amazed to find out that I needed new carpet & my apartment smoke sealed. It was nice to loose 900 bucks living there. I think they charge people upon leaving so the company that runs them (RKM') never has to spend a dime on up keep. I was litterally disgusted with them after moving out, I felt ripped off and bent over. The grand total of moving out of there and breaking my lease was atleast $2,200. The walls there are uncleanable because of the cheapness of the paint, if you try to wipe the wall with a liquid the paint comes off and the drywall beneath gets screwed up. I also noticed they were renting to just about everyone and ran super cheap specials after I moved in. I noticed quite a bit of riff raff and cops with nothing better to do than to cruise the complex. There is tons of nice affordable places in Naperville. Some of those reviews about the complex must have been left by the staff of that place, they look phony & I wonder how many great reviews have been written by annomous people. Look up who owns the apartments (I think it's RKM) because they own others in Naperville (Southwest Crossing)I won't lease from Company again.

About your comment that some of the reviews were left by the staff, it's probably true. They have that 'brag book' in their office with good reviews from this site and they think that makes them different from other apartments.

I agree 110% As a former resident, I too am going through the carpet replacement charge BS. Don't live here or lease from RMK.
