First of all, it's grateful, not greatful. Second of all, I lived in a one bedroom apartment from September 04-Sep. 05, and I have to say that this experience has deterred me from apartment living forever.

I have to wholeheartedly agree with the fact that security deposits are NOT returned (they found that my kitchen was not clean, yet when I moved in, there were stains EVERYWHERE which I cleaned myself).

The apartments are cheaply constructed, and the noise level is unbelievable. I could hear neighbors' television and radio at all hours.

Also, the lazy mailman NEVER delivered a package to my door, never rang my bell, and left my packages in the office.

The positive reviews are written by the staff, and from that you should be able to draw your own conclusions. (Why would a staff member feel the need to add positive reviews unless there was a problem')

Hey, don't take my word - but renter BEWARE.

I agree, the management puts in some of the reviews. They have a 'brag book'with reviews from this site. No other place I've visited has anything like that. They are trying to stand out from their competition in a sense, but it just seems senseless to me.

Wow, such hostility. I moved out and received my security back with no problems.
