Bristol Station managment will tell you whatever you want to hear until you sign on the line then it all changes. All the statements made are forgotten because the person who told you them is gone (because no sales agent stays more than a few months)property management is a nightmare. They make everything as difficult as possible and are completely inflexible to any requests. I was told that after my initial 12 month lease my lease would go month to month (lie). If you don't sign an addition 12 month lease they add a $100 premium to your rent in addition to any rent increase.
They upped my garage rent from $50 to $75 to $100 within 12 months because they could.
Don't even think about breaking a lease. Security deposit gone, $500 fee plus you have to pay back any rent concession (which usually is about $150 per month).
On the pro side-Maintainence personell are great attentive and willing to help just call them directly don't call the Leasing office. Management only slows things down and makes it 10x harder then it needs to be.
IF YOU MUST LIVE HERE GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BELIEVE NOTHING THAT THEY SAY.
P.S. This is a reposting of my original comment that were removed for violation of site rules. Kind of ironic that the first positive review is posted the same week that someone reports my post as a violation (sounds like management is at it again)

I have been renting apartments for most of my adult life, and I am not sure exactly what you find unreasonable in your posting. All leases typically go month-to-month at the end of the lease period, and almost always incur additional fees during the month-to-month period. It is called "breaking the lease" for a reason, and again, losing the deposit and incurring fees is typical when a tenant defaults on a lease. A contract is a contract is a contract.

Sounds like a management comment to me.
