I was the first tenant at Bristol Station. I moved in before the manager moved in (right across the hall from me). My experience was a great one. I was always treated with respect by the staff. They worked tirelessly to take care of the complex. We did nothing special to gain any advantage unless you count paying rent on time and respecting others property.
