Dissapointed through the years and getting worse!!!

Parking: there are tenents taking up two spots for there one vehicle, told management and they do nothing.
Noise: can hear TV's, radios, and talking through paper thin walls. Lower level apartment can hear everytime my upstairs neighbor moves.
Grounds: they are a dump. They dont water the grass so it dies. They oversalt in the winter the grass dies. Dog poop everywhere and grass is dead from dog urine burn. Therefore when it rains, mud which gets tracked into your apartment and your carpet.
Safety: My neigbors car has had the bed cover stolen off it and stuff missing from it. The neighboring apartmnet complexes are filled with undesireables that trespass through our complex.
Construction: cheap, bad fit and finish, paint is cheap, thin and impossible to clean.
Maintenance: Good and quick to correct issues and always nice and courtious.
Staff: clueless and always revolving new staff in and out, complaints are ignored, there typical response is "what! what are you saying' no! not here!" Then they just say call the police. They are obstenant and a pain to deal with. Refuse to work with you on any issues you may have. Favorite comment from them are "It's in your lease you signed" no matter what it is. Funny i look and can not find it. No matter what irt is!!!!!!!
Super deal first year here rent has raised about $50 a year every year.

Parking..cry me a river if someone takes too much of a spot, move your car
Noise..You, and I, live in an apartment COMPLEX, there WILL be noise at all of them.
Safety..An apt complex is usually never as safe as a home with an ADT system.
Construction--you pay for what you get. You live in Naperville and no matter what kind of place you live in, it will be expensive.
Staff...no comment, talk to the skinny brunette.
