Me and my wife have been here since summer 2007 and I can not be happier with our decision. The rent is very reasonable considering the proximity to the Metra. It literally takes 5-10 mins to walk over to the Metra. The apartment it self is excellent. We had new carpets when we moved in and so does everyone else I believe. The maintenance is exceptional. If I put in an online work order in the morning the problem would be fixed before I got home. The staff is very friendly, understanding and courteous. I have never had a problem with parking. The apartment halls are always clean and vacuumed quite frequently. As for packages, it is annoying to go to the office to pick them up but if you give instructions to the package shipper they will leave it at your door. Besides why should this be a problem of the apartment management. The apartments are very quite and I have never had a problem with noise. This should be addressed with the shipping company. The gym is always clean but sometimes a little packed. Honestly the location, price and excellent maintenance makes this the best deal in Naperville. If i was not moving to downtown I would have stayed for longer.
