We have been at Bristol for almost a year now. The apartment location is what attracted us to this - walking distance from Metra, esp since my husband and I both work downtown. It's also minutes away from grocery stores and specialty shopping. The apartment itself is very well maintained with very service oriented staff. Our exp with maintenance folks has been really good. There's also a very nice children's park nexr by, if you have kids - this will be very convenient for you. Leasing office has great amenities like free coffee and snacks.

The one thing that really needs improvement is the so called Internet access and printer facility provided - the computers can't open even basic websites like Google and Yahoo and the printer rarely works. The hallways are a littel dirty and non air conditioned.

But apart from these minor inconveniences it's a great place to stay!
