Many of the other reviews mention varied things wrong with the complex from crowded parking lots to smelly foods that neighbors cook. I disagree with the parking , but the food does smell. There is a term on the lease about not cooking with pungent spices. I do not think the majority of tennants read that term. At times Bristol Station does smell. It smells like Curry. That is not why I am moving , but it truly does stink. I have been in residence at BS for 3 years and have loved my time. The complex as a whole is well kept and the units are very nice. I think thet are way overpriced. I think they have been burned by there own greed also last year the units ran for about $200.00 more than this year. So apparently people are leaving for larger less expensive units. Now BS has lowered its rate and it seems on par with what it should have stayed always stayed at. All in all it is a nice place to live. But the neighbors are nevr really friendly and generally transient. Lots of corporate temporary types staying there while house hunting. There are a fair share of kids , but they are small under 5 years old. The clubhouse is really nice. The printers are generally broken in the business center. Compared to the other renatl properties by the Metra this one is the best. Absolutely.
