I have been living here for almost 3 years and now I am done.
Please think about the following points before you move in:
1. There are groups of children playing in the parking area and they do not care dinging your cars.
2. Most of the apartments on the inside are too close that it would be impossible for you to open the blinds.(Always see the actual apartment before you lease)
3. Rude and uncaring neighbors are not very uncommon, common to find people shouting in the hall way at 1 AM or even later.
4. Parking is becoming an issue, its not as comfortable as it used to be, lately I have seen 6-8 cars which are just standing here for a little over 4 months and have never moved. I would not be surprised if they are stolen and parked here. Management is least interested.
5. As someone else also mentioned DO NOT RENEW , move in prices are good, but renewed ones will hurt you BAD.
There is no logic by which the renewal system works, why should the old tenants not be treated the same way as the new one' Why should I pay 150-250$ more than the new tenant'
I would really appreciate if management can explan this to me.
