Me, my wife, and our 1-year old daughter have lived here 6 months in a 2-bed/2-bath. Our apartment is great, very spacious. We got the place for $980 a month, but the rent jumps to $1280 after our lease ends next year.

Mixed reviews on management. Shirl showed us the apt. originally and was very friendly. They were offering a promotion where if you signed up that day you get a $30 gift certificate to a local restaurant. She said we'd get it when we moved in. Well, didn't happen, even after we asked about it. Not the reason we signed the lease, but don't promise something and not deliver. Shirl also seems to only be friendly / helpful to prospective renters.

Elizabeth, however, is great. When we first moved in, we couldn't get a cable install date until about a month out! Well, we talked to Elizabeth and she got us set up. Called someone she knew at WOW, and we had it hooked up w/in a few days (just in time for the NBA playoffs).

The 2 pools are great and kept clean....residents are friendly, and we've had no noise problems whatsoever. More expensive than other places in the area, but much nicer.
