I will admit...I thoroughly enjoyed living at Brittany Springs for the year I was there...My apartment was spacious and the maintenance staff was incredible.
I wish I could speak as highly of the Office staff. They were cordial initially,...than it all changed. Especially at move out when I decided to move to a competitor (Railway Plaza-great overall experience). I was charged for the most tedious things to ensure they kept every last cent of my deposit. ***Don't waste your time talking to the manager (If it is still Shirl'')..you'll be wasting your time and who likes dealing with poor customer service anyway''''

Do yourself a favor...and look elsewhere...unless you can afford a non-refundable deposit.
