The building is poorly built, owned by a private person, who tries to bleed the residents dry. If you find a new job, no way you can move out. What is worse, the rent is high and the service is terrible. After you move in, they just forget about you. And the building is not noise proof at all. You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbours from all sides and noise from outside. I have never had a good night's sleep since I moved in.
Take my advice;do not ever move in such an apartment. Don't be fooled by its outside appearence and the swimming pool stuff. Imagine you can never get a good night's sleep!
