I have lived at Brittany Springs for almost 8 months now and have for the most part enjoyed my stay. Like some other comments posted, I have had a few problems with the staff not notifing me of packages. I also have a heating problem in my apartment. The living room has only one heat vent and is placed over the entrance so the room is not evenly heated. My major complaint is the sound insulation. It sucks!! I can hear everything going on in the neighboring apartments.
