The staff does a great job getting you in to the place, but then leaves you high and dry, especially upon moving out. After one year our rent jumped $200. My husband had a friend call posing as a perspective renter and found that the going rate for our place was only $10 more than we were paying at the time! We complained and they only raised us by $50. But what about the people that don't complain' I understand cost of living goes up, but come on! The other comments about security deposits were right on the money...forget about it. Especially if you have a pet. They make you pay a $500 pet fee, but then don't allow you to put that towards carpet cleaning...the wording in the contract is nice and ambiguous, as you would expect from someone trying to line their pockets wherever and however they can. Parking is ridiculous as well...they gave you two parking permits but then obviously never enforced the policy as I had to park around the corner from my place as other "illegally" parked cars were close to my building. You will often hear one thing and then have another happen with this staff...quite incompetant. I do have to say I never had one problem with the maintainance staff, however, and the grounds were kept very tidy.
