This place is way overpriced. The staff is either ignorant or trained to not reply to requests. Their favorite response is "I don't know" or just a blank stare. The landscaping is muddy all of the time, business center rarely works, fitness center and locker rooms are never cleaned. Make sure to notice there is no kitchen to speak of; tiny cabinets, no counter space, no microwave and nowhere to put one. They don't even supply towel racks in the bathrooms. Utility charges, water, trash are all ridiculous and you get nothing for it. Safety, drug use and kids hanging out are also becoming a problem. Let's not forget the arson in the dumpsters and the fact that a month later, the damage has not been repaired. The only positive is that the maintenance staff is responsive and friendly. All in all, this is a dressed up hole. Don't waste your time or your money.

This review is not what I experienced at all while living here. I recently just moved out of Brittany Springs, because I bought my first home. I have been a renter for 8 years, and rented at many places prior to Brittany Springs. I wish I would have rented here first. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Maint was great as well. I had lived at other places that the maint staff used to freak me out. I was lost when this user mentioned they got nothing for the utility charges.....don't you get the usage of electric, water, and gas???? Any place you go your gonna have to pay bills. Strange. In any case I simply do not agree with this user. I loved the parties the office would have. The wine tasting, and pool parties were my favorite. Fun times....I will miss it.
