First the management staff are generally idiots who can only repeat the lines that they have learned - immature puppets. The grounds are decent but the dog walkers generally do not pick up their poop. In the last year and a half this place has let the 'trash' move in. In the time that I've been here there have been two fires, a car that sat in front of my unit for 3 months without moving or getting towed. It is a community of punks now - complaints about the noise are ignored. The staff is content to sit in the office, take your money and them ask for more - they cannot be bothered by anything that might cause them to think.
