I have lived in Brittany Springs for almost 4 years now and I really hate it. They try to nickel and dime you on eveything. Just recently they said my rent was late and I know for sure that it was put in their drop box early early morning of the last day to pay. Now all of a sudden it is late...Bullsh*t and they want to charge me $75 (what a crock of crap). evrything has broken at sometime or another in every apartment I have had with them. They do come and fix everything in a timely manner but the entire place is poorly built and held together by bandaids. I will not be renewing my lease and I cant wait to leave. there are so may foreigners here that I feel as if I am India instead of the other way around. The rent is crazy HIGH for a shell of an apartment. You can hear EVERYTHING throught the walls. Your neighbors alarm clocks going off at 6am, neighbors having sex, barking dogs, you name it and you can hear it. My advice is look elsewhere. Try to rent a home or just another complex. Don't let the tour and the seemingly nice grounds fool you. It is crap!!!!!
