If you want entertainment, read the bad reviews. I've lived at Brittany Springs for almost a year and am exceptionally pleased. Yes, there are many bunnies here. Is there any place that doesn't have them' They even live in the city. Late fees' Read the contract. Parking' You may have to walk a short distance but I have always found a space. Noise' Close your windows. Foreigners here' Look at your family tree. High rent' Again, read the contract, ah, before signing. A car sat in front of your unit for three months' Everyone is allowed two spaces. Do you have a reserved sign in front of yours' If I don't get helped the day of my request, guess what' I go back the next day. Try owning a home and getting a plumber immediately. This is a large complex but I have always found the administration and staff courteous and professional. Courtesy in return goes a long way in receiving assistance. I hope I will be in a position to renew my lease.

This is a model apartment!! And I think this review is made my Apt owners themselves!!! I agree with all the Bad reviews!!! Its a worst Apt one could have!! I own a 2 bed/ 2 bath Apt, one of the bedroom & the bath doesn't get heated up at all!!!!!!

Thank you for your comment on this being a model apartment. I moved in in 2008 and decorated it myself.
