I currently live in the complex and have for the past year and half. I have had a situation with a maintenance issue since I moved in. The staff acknowledged that the problem was structural but that it didnt pose a problem to my health or safety that I just had to live with it. So I finally had to call the city and have a city inspector look at my apartment problem. Now the complex is forced to fix the problem. You do not want to rent from here. The staff says what you want to hear and then they dont act on what they say they will do. Then they highlight sections in your lease to make you think that you are doing something wrong. Dont be taken know your resources around you. Not everyone knows that maintenance needs to respond to an order within 24-48hours this complex makes you wait, wait, and wait some more and you have to keep double checking to make sure that the work is going to get done. Violations out the yin yan. DO NOT RENT HERE. Parking now is a nightmare as well. You are only supposed to have two cars on the premises but now people have three or even four. If you get home after 7 you are screwed and have to park in the leasing office lot. DO NOT RENT HERE. The rent is crazy for what you actually get. All I have to say is after speaking with people who have lived here I am having an attorney present when I move out. I will not get screwed out of my deposit. Dont you get screwed either. Do not rent here.

I agree, this place is the worst. I lived there for a year and just moved to another community recently which was less $, better location, bigger apartment. I had an issue with my home that made me deal with the office staff and what an ordeal that was. The so called "manager" was rude and the other girls in the office were snotty and not sincere at all. It's all business with these people. Was happy to find a "home" to move to and not a business.

This person has 4 cars. Two are for sale. I live next to them and they are part of the problem. This place is OK. Maintenance is super.

We moved out. These units are not well built. The insulation is poor. There are rocks in the air vents if you are on the ground floor. While maintenance was good on most issues, if something was going to be expensive to fix they avoided the major repair and did some band aid approaches. If you are going to charge a ton of money for rent, then take care of maintenance matters right away and keep up on things like parking lot lights. Parking is tough at night and even in Naperville you don't want to walk a distance in the dark.
