I would just like to say whoever wrote the reiteration to closing of the pools is obviously an employee with no knowledge. I was in fact at the pool when the health inspectors came and closed it down. I know of 3 times alone that the pool was closed due to poor chlorine levels. It is on file so it can be checked out. Chlorine was being skimped on and diluted by former employees to save on money. The Jacuzzi was not in working condition a large part of the time. These apartments are supposed to be luxurous but they are any but. I live here for three years and a year prior to that. This place has gone down hill. It used to be worth the money, it was beautiful and the staff was wonderful but at the rate they keep changing managers the place has been forgotten. The greenery is dying and missing, the doors are shotty, that is why there are metal protectors at the bottom. When I moved back here three years ago my apartment had cigarette butts in the bathroom, the carpet was throughly cleaned adn the garage was dirty. I was promised by a former employee that it would be rectified and it never was. The fitness center has unauthorized teenagers who hang out and wreck it and it stays that way for a couple of days, there are children who play at the pool unsupervised as well. The parking is horrible and when the management was told of my neighbors blocking my garage they said they did something about it, well that was three months ago and they still do it. We are looking for something else. The rent is not worth it any longer. Please be advised that this complex is not what it is cracked up to be and if you decide to come anyway you will eventually move out. In our building alone where 5 units are, 3 are empty...that is for a reason! Caveat Empor! and when you move out they will keep your deposit, the last time we moved out they kept it saying the stove was dirty and that the blinds were not dusted...I do have a copy of this nitpicking so I hope the employees don't try to deny it...
