I've recently renewed my lease w/ Brookdale Lake Apts. The staff is friendly and helpful and generally stay on top of maintainence requests. You have access to a swimming pool / hot tub and fitness center. Close access to the Metra line, hwy 88, restaurants, shopping, minutes away from downtown Naperville. The complex has recently issued a strict pet policy, allowing only certain breeds of dogs, if you're a dog owner I would suggest inquiring the staff regarding their guidelines, otherwise, I feel the community is very pet friendly. You're in a safe community, w/ friendly people, the complex has a lot of character and charm and is very comforting.
