Thinking about moving here

I've currently been looking in the Naperville area for a two bedroom apt-so far this is one is in my top ten. I had a look at one of the smaller apartments complexes and it seemed nice, but I'm torn between all of the reviews. Any advice or recent news to sway my decision'
