Just moved to the area from Denver and was looking for an apartment realtivley close to where I work (Off 88 in Naperville). Found Brookdale Lakes after looking at about 5 communities and nothing compares. Great staff, incredibly clean grounds. Seems almost daily there's a force of maintenance employees walking around trimming shrubbery, picking up any trash, making sure everything is in working order. Several times a week a maid service cleans the hallways very thoroughly throughout the complex. They kleep this place clean and immaculate. The community is only about 8 or so years old so everything is well maintained and still looks new. The office Manager (Dan i think) is incredibly friendly and helful as are the other office employees. My apartment has had no problems since I moved in last Spring. Bright, modern kitchen. Large marble fireplace, high-class designer light fixture for dining area. Soaking tub, doors in bedroom open to large balcony overlooking a lake with a tree overhead for shading. Great for grilling. Attached garage, so many ammenities. Nice workout area and very romantic indoor hot tub as well as a spacious outdoor swimming pool. Parking can sometimes be an annoyance for guests, usually have to park on curb but that is normal here. Quiet, clean and elegant. Love it here, never plan on going anywhere
