We transferred from another AIMCO property in AZ (they were tragic!) to this property in the middle of October. This move was very short notice and there was not much time to coordinate everything, so we really relied on the staff here at Brookdale Lakes to guide us through this transition. We can honestly say they have exceeded our every expectation. All of the office and maintenance staff provided superior customer service and have been very helpful in every way imaginable. They provided us with apartment layouts highlighting the benefits of each available unit and gave us an honest representation of the community, the surrounding area and what it had to offer.



We landed on Saturday, picked up the keys on Sunday and moved in on Monday, it was that easy. The apartment was clean and ready to move into and the one issue we did have was taken care of immediately with no problems at all. We are glad that we chose this property and intend on staying here for a very long time.
